As some of you may already know, my name is Darryl. This site was built specifically to let you know what I've been up to, as I have been designing [business cards, brochures, rack cards, flyers, posters, websites, etc...] since 1999. I currently reside in the Courtenay / Comox area.
On occasion I also assist in the learning process of software or hardware.

Computer Support
I offer onsite Technical Support & trouble shooting for software & hardware issues.


Computer Tutoring
As well as teaching video editing, I have taught clients from the ground up, from turning the power on, to burning CD's, & logging on to their first website. Most of the time I will learn their particular software with them.


Video Editing:
I have been playing around with video since 1997, using analog & digital equipment. Using the following software; Adobe Premiere, Ulead Video Studio, and Avid Cinema & using the following hardware; Pinnacle DV500 Plus & Matrox Marvel G200. I have also setup PC systems with the above hardware & provided software/hardware help.

Over the last few years, I have been showing clients how to do video editing using Digital Video Camera's through Firewire to import video to PC, edit, & export it back to DV Camera.


Onsite Video Editing
While contracting for an underwater surveyor, I was invited out on the boat for a three day trip out on the West Coast. I was brought onboard to edit video while we were surveying, as well I was taught how to download, re-program, and deploy current meters.
